Comcast - Whitelisting

Please log into your Xfinity account and select your Comcast webmail:

1. Should you find an email from Sermo in your spam folder:
2. Open the email.
3. Click the  Spam (not spam) icon on the top toolbar.

1. Please open the email from Sermo.
2. Click on the button at the top left of the email that says:

3. This will open your edit contact screen.
4. Click Save and you're all done.
