Gmail occasionally sends updates from platforms like Sermo to the spam folder.
If you aren’t receiving regular updates from Sermo, please check your Gmail Spam Folder:
To ensure you continue to get emails you asked to receive, you can Create a Filter:
- If you find your Sermo emails in your spam folder:
- Open the email.
- Click the button with three dots on the top right to reveal the filter options.
Click Filter messages
Click the button Create filter to open your settings.
From the next menu, please check these options
Under the Categorize as: Choose Category… option:
- Click the dropdown icon next to "Choose Category..."
- Please select Primary in the next options menu.
Click the blue Create filter button, to save your settings.
Now you will always see Sermo in your Primary Inbox tab!
Does the email remain open? Please mark the email as Not spam
- Open the email from Sermo.
- Click the button on the alert that states Report Not spam.
