Community Badges recognize members who actively contribute to the Sermo community through meaningful participation, thoughtful discussions, and engagement with peers.
Active badges appear next to your name throughout the community and on your profile, helping highlight your contributions to fellow members.
You can view all of your badges from the Achievements section of your profile.
Available badges
Each badge recognizes a different kind of contribution:
- Rising Star: for members who are beginning to actively engage with the community through posts and conversations. Rising Star celebrates the members just starting to add their voice to community discussions.
- Helpful Colleague: for members who consistently share thoughtful interactions and support conversations across the community. Helpful Colleagues make Sermo a valuable place for physicians to connect, learn, and share experiences.
- Top Contributor: for members who regularly create original posts that drive meaningful discussions. Top Contributors spark conversations and encourage peer-to-peer learning across Sermo.
Viewing your achievements
To see your badges, go to your profile and click on Achievements. You'll find two tabs:
- Current: badges that are active right now and visible across the community.
- Past: badges you've earned previously that are no longer active. Past achievements stay part of your profile history, and many can be re-earned.
Keeping your badges active
Some badges recognize ongoing participation and require continued engagement to remain active.
We'll notify you if action is needed to keep an active badge.
