Sermo's messaging feature allows you to have private one-on-one conversations with other members. To access the messaging section, click the "Messages" button (Desktop) or the messages icon (Mobile device) in the navigation at the top of your screen.
You can view all of your current conversations on the left side of the screen. Click on a conversation to see all of the messages within it.
To send a new message:
1. Click the pencil icon under the search bar
1. Click the pencil icon under the search bar
2. Enter the name of the person you want to send a message to or select them from the list of people who you've recently messaged
3. Draft your message in the text box labeled "Write a new message"
