How to create a quality post
Share detailed clinical cases, workplace challenges, management tips, and other clinical topics to start meaningful conversation. Curbside consult rewards are based on the quality of the post and no longer have a comment requirement.
To be eligible for payment, posts must meet the following criteria:
- Create a patient case or discussion type post: ‘Question’ type posts do not qualify. Learn more about the different types of posts here.
- Post must be identifiable: posts made as “Anonymous” will not be paid.
- Include a Poll: all posts must feature at least one multiple-choice poll question using the poll feature to engage the community.
- Meet the Word Count: posts must contain at least 50 words or more. This does not include words in the question and answer options, only the body text.
Pro tip: add relevant images to support your patient case or discussion post (i.e., images, charts, or even a stock image). Make sure to include any reference sources!
Avoid these post disqualifiers:
- No Duplicates: do not reuse or duplicate your previous posts or copy content from other members. Originality is mandatory.
- Avoid AI-Generated Content: directly copying and pasting content from AI tools will result in immediate disqualification.
- No Plagiarism: if you reference external sites, be sure to source your supporting materials clearly. Uncredited or plagiarized content will lead to suspension from the platform.
- No Solicitation: posting comments in others’ discussions solely to promote your own post is prohibited and will disqualify your entry.
- Do not include Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in your content. For instance, omit names, addresses, or identifiable images to protect patient privacy. Posts that violate this guideline will be disqualified.
