A: You can expect to find a variety of features and resources tailored specifically for Pharmacists. This includes, but is not limited to:
- a profile page where you can personalize your account with your photo, a bio, and preferred notification settings
- a personalized feed of curated posts where you can engage by liking, voting in polls, and/or commenting. Content includes topics like breaking medical news, patient cases, research material , networking opportunities, , industry news and updates, and even fun jokes and memes.
- direct messaging capabilities for private 1-to-1 conversations with fellow members of the
community - notifications to inform you of new posts, messages, or other relevant updates from the Pharmacy community
- capability to ‘Follow’ other members of the community to be notified when they post

A: Yes. All Sermo members are required to abide by Sermo’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct. The verification process is lawfully implemented to guarantee the security of your account and learnings, the integrity of your data and to allow us to comply with Data Protection Legislation regulations. Q: How does Drug Ratings work for me?
A: As a Sermo member, you get access to Sermo’s Drug Ratings database -- the first and only global peer-to-peer drug review system provided exclusively from verified licensed physicians. Drugs are rated by Sermo’s community of doctors according to these criteria: Safety, Efficacy, Tolerability, Accessibility, Adherence. Reviews often contain doctors' comments based on their real-world experiences with prescribing the drug. Please leverage this information to help with your pharmacy needs. Q: Will there be communities available for other healthcare providers?
A: Yes, there is already an APP community and there will be additional communities to come. Please stay tuned!
Q: Can I refer my colleagues?
A: Yes, you can refer your colleagues to join you on Sermo by clicking on the ‘Refer colleagues & earn’ button on your profile card. You can invite them by entering their email address, or by sharing your unique referral link or QR code. Once your peer joins you’ll both earn incentives!
