A: The APP Community is a dedicated online platform created exclusively for Advanced Practice
Providers (APPs), consisting of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). It's a space
where APPs can connect, collaborate, ask questions, get feedback, engage in discussions, get second
opinions on patient cases, earn for expertise, and stay updated on the latest news and developments in their field.
Q: What can I expect to find in the APP Community at launch?
A: You can expect to find a variety of features and resources tailored specifically for APPs. This includes, but is not limited to:
- a profile page where you can personalize your account with your photo, a bio, and preferred
notification settings - a feed of posts with opportunity to Like, Vote in polls, and/or Comment that include breaking
news, educational content, discussion topics, networking opportunities, jokes and memes,
access to industry news and updates, and more - direct messaging capabilities for private 1-to-1 conversations with fellow members of the
community - notifications that inform you of new posts, messages, or other relevant updates from the APP
community - capability to ‘Follow’ other members of the community to be notified when they post
- trending topics that update based on what has been recently engaged with by your peers
- opportunities to share answer questions, share your insights, and move medicine while earning
honoraria for your participation and expertise
Q: Is there a mobile app for the APP Community?
A: Currently, there is no mobile app available for the APP Community; however, members can access the community using their mobile web browser for on-the-go convenience. Login at app.mnow.com. Mobile app to come soon - stay tuned!
Q: How do I access the APP Community?
A: To access the APP Community, members will need to log in at app.mnow.com. Please note that
attempting to log in at sermo.com or app.sermo.com will direct you to the log in page for Sermo’s
physician community. This community is separate, and if you put in your log in credentials here, you’ll
be notified that your username or password are incorrect. From the physician log in page, head to, “Not a physician? Log in here” to proceed to the APP community. Please make sure you’re logging in on the correct page for the smoothest experience.

A: Yes. All Sermo members are required to abide by Sermo’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct. The verification process is lawfully implemented to guarantee the security of your account and learnings, the integrity of your data and to allow us to comply with Data Protection Legislation regulations. Sermo reserves the right to reverify our members randomly for the safety of the community and/or if any suspicious activity is detected.

A: Absolutely! The APP Community is designed to facilitate networking and collaboration among
members worldwide. You'll have the opportunity to post topics to discuss, comment on others’ posts,
connect with other APPs, share best practices, seek advice, and build professional relationships within
the community.

A: Yes, the community will provide access to educational resources such as articles, case studies, and
continuing education opportunities to help you stay informed and enhance your skills as an APP.

Q: How does Drug Ratings work for me?
A: As an APP member, you get access to Sermo’s Drug Ratings database -- the first and only global peer-to-peer drug review system provided exclusively from verified licensed physicians. Drugs are rated by Sermo’s community of doctors according to these criteria: Safety, Efficacy, Tolerability, Accessibility, Adherence. Reviews often contain doctors' comments based on their real-world experiences with prescribing the drug. Please leverage this information as you see fit. Q: Can I refer my colleagues?
A: Yes! Refer your colleagues to join the Sermo community by clicking on the Refer colleagues & earn button, located under your profile information on the top right of your homepage. There you can send referrals through email or copy your personal link to easily share.
