What is Prizeout?
Prizeout offers instant gift cards from popular brands with bonus value.
Why do I get a bonus?
Prizeout partners with brands to provide bonus value on your purchases, leading you to get more for your money. Imagine spending $100 to get $125!
Keep in mind: Not every gift card comes with a bonus, but the ones with green and blue tags do—so keep an eye out for those!
Who can use Prizeout?
Prizeout is currently available to members in the US.
How will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards are sent to the registered email address with your partner account. Occasionally, Prizeout emails will find their way into a junk or spam folder or the promotions tab; please check there first. If you have yet to receive an email from Prizeout in your inbox, please contact support@prizeout.com for immediate assistance.
What if I can no longer access the email account my gift card was sent to?
If you no longer have access to the email account on file, please update your email address with your [partner_name] account. Once updated, please reach out to support@prizeout.com to confirm the change and have the previous cards sent to your new email address.
Can I cancel my transaction and return the funds to my account?
Typically gift cards cannot be canceled, and the funds cannot be returned to your account. Although, please reach out to Prizeout support for assistance at support@prizeout.com.
Can I exchange my gift card?
While many gift cards cannot be exchanged, you should reach out to Prizeout support for more information at support@prizeout.com.
Why didn’t my gift card work when I attempted to use it?
Please visit the Prizeout Help Center for detailed instructions on most cards. Otherwise, contact the support team at support@prizeout.com. Websites can have different methods of using their gift cards, and the support team is happy to help if there are any issues.
I redeemed multiple gift cards but only received an email for one. Where are my other gift cards?
With certain email accounts, gift card emails can get threaded together. Please check the email of the gift card you received to see if other emails are tethered to that email. This can especially be an issue with Gmail accounts. If you have confirmed that this is not the issue, please contact support@prizeout.com to have the gift card resent as quickly as possible. If you have created a Prizeout account, you can view and access any redeemed cards there.
I lost my gift card number and/or pin. What should I do?
No problem! If you can locate the original email from when you received the gift card, click on the link to reclaim your card. Alternatively, if you have created a Prizeout account, you can view and access any of your cards there. If you cannot find the original email, reach out to support@prizeout.com for assistance.
