This article addresses some common questions about Sermo's SMS messages, which are specifically designed to ensure you never miss valuable opportunities.
Why am I receiving text messages?
We send text messages to our members to notify them of paid survey opportunities available in their specialty area. Receiving these messages ensures you stay informed and do not miss opportunities to contribute your expertise and insights.
How do I know it’s a real text from Sermo?
To verify that a text message is from Sermo, check the sender's number. Official Sermo survey messages are always sent from the number (+1) 8334881681. Additionally, any links included in our messages will direct you to our official website, https://app.sermo.com.
How do I opt out of receiving SMS messages?
If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from Sermo, you can easily opt out. Simply reply with the word ‘STOP’ to any of our text messages, and your preferences will be updated automatically.
How did you get my number?
Your mobile number was provided when you initially registered with Sermo, or provided by you at a later date in your membership.
Why don't I see the survey you sent?
If you're unable to access a survey advertised via text, it may have already reached its participant limit or closed. We strive to ensure that the surveys are available at the time the text is sent, but high demand can lead to early closures.
