After completing a Survey, honoraria will be added to your balance. you can view your balance by visiting the Surveys section where your balance will be listed in the top right corner of your screen.
If you cannot see any payment loaded to your balance, please open the survey link once again and make sure you complete the entire survey. If you did complete the entire survey, create a ticket (see here how to create a ticket). Include project name and project code. You can find these details in the invitation e-mail.
Participation in certain studies is incentivized once the whole data is collected. This is usually done within a week after the study is closed.
