Periodically, members may be required to undergo reverification of their Sermo account for various reasons – including questionable survey or community activity, insufficient documentation on file, routine data upkeep, etc.
All Sermo members are required to abide by Sermo’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct. The reverification process is lawfully implemented to guarantee the security of your account and earnings, the integrity of your data and to allow us to comply with Data Protection Legislation regulations, which demand us to maintain updated records of all our active members, including evidence of their personal and professional credentials.
Rest assured that your information and documents will not be shared. Only trained and certified Sermo employees will have access to your documents, which will only be used for verification purposes.
To reverify your account you'll need to complete a simple, 3-step process that should take less than 5 minutes to complete which includes:
- providing your NPI or medical number
- providing a form of Medical credentials (i.e., medical license, Hospital ID badge, valid medical certificate)
- Verifying your identity through our trusted partner site, Vouched.
Once your verification is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
We appreciate your cooperation!
Note: A video call and/or landline call may also be required as part of the process to verify member identity and/or location. These calls take less than five minutes to conduct – a photo ID is required.
