Sermo will be issuing new cards as we transition to a new Corporate Cash Passport platform. No further payments will be loaded onto your existing card from September 15, 2020. Any new payment following this date will be made onto a new card to be issued to you as required. Upon receiving your new card you will be able to activate it by downloading the app or visiting the My Account portal here: https://corporate.cashpassport.com/login/
What to know about your new card:
With the new card, you will be able to download the Corporate Cash Passport App to:
- Register your account
- Activate your card
- Retrieve your PIN
- Check Balances & Transactions
- Freeze/Unfreeze your card
- Get Notifications and Alerts
Your new card is a contactless card and can be used wherever the universal contactless symbol is displayed, for a safe and convenient check out (subject to contactless limits).
As with your current card, the new card is chip and PIN protected for security and convenience. You can use your card at millions of ATMs and at retailers worldwide and online.
What you need to do:
As of 31st March 2021, you can no longer use funds on any cards issued before 15th of September 2020
Effective September 15, 2020, any new withdrawals you make will be loaded onto a new card which we will send to you. Once you have registered your new card through the Mobile app or My Account Portal as per the instruction in the card pack, you will be able to retrieve your PIN. You will then receive notifications of any future payments via the app.
Q: What happens to my funds should I not withdraw/use them by March 31, 2021?
A: Your funds will be withdrawn and you will need to claim them from Sermo.
Q: Are my funds transferable from the old card to the new one?
A: Your remaining funds have been automatically transferred to your Sermo balance. If you have any additional queries please contact our Support Team (support@sermo.com).
Q: How long does it take for the new card to arrive?
A: Between 4-6 weeks, maybe longer for countries in Asia and Latin America.
Q: For support needs for the new Mastercard - (i.e. “forgot my security question” etc.) - is this handled by Mastercard or Sermo?
A: Mastercard. Please visit the Mastercard website for more information or to download the app: https://corporate.cashpassport.com/
Q: Will all funds be loaded to the old card automatically by September 15, 2020?
A: No, this is still the same - it is up to you to make a request. The old cards will be loaded only until the 15th of September. After that, if you make a new request, they will get loaded on the new card.
Q: Will the card be sent automatically to my home address?
A: No, the card will be sent to you only if you make a request for Withdrawal from September 15th.
Q: Is the delivery address chosen in the app when I set up the account or is it according to the address I have on file in Sermo?
A: It is the address in Sermo.

A: Sermo
Q: What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
A: 2 USD
Q: What is the maximum amount I can withdraw?
A: 5,000 USD
