Here are a few reasons why:
- Hospital internet connections are usually secured, therefore some Sermo studies may be blocked. Solution: Please try completing Sermo studies via a personal computer or laptop.
- Sermo studies are programmed for PCs and Laptops (Flash player, media player and some other features are required to work properly in order to complete the study). Phones or tablets are not adapted yet.
We suggest opening the study using the following internet browser applications:

Cannot Continue the Study if out of the country?
If you have started a study and want to finish the study while abroad, simply send the survey code to our support team by submitting a ticket, and they will shortly grant you access to the survey.
