U.S. members now have another payment option available—checks! Here’s everything you need to know about using this method.
Withdrawal and Delivery
Before requesting a check, please double-check the address listed in your account. It’s crucial to ensure it’s current so your check doesn’t accidentally get sent to an old address or workplace.
To withdraw via a check, go to your Surveys page, click on Withdraw and follow the same steps as other payment methods (see How to withdraw my earnings? for guidance). Once you’ve completed the process, your check should reach you within 3 to 14 days.
If your check doesn’t arrive within this time frame, don’t worry! Just submit a ticket to our Support team by emailing support@sermo.com. Make sure to include the date you ordered the check and the withdrawal amount, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Fees
There’s a $5 fee for ordering a check.
Please note that your bank may also charge an additional fee for cashing the check. Since these fees vary by institution, we recommend checking with your bank to understand any charges that might apply before placing your order. Keep in mind, we don’t have any control over these fees.
Expiration Date
Your check will remain valid for 3 months from the issue date, so make sure to cash it within that time.
