When you join Sermo, you’ll be subscribed to our email communications, including alerts for your survey and market research invitations and updates related to your activity on the platform.
You can change which emails you are subscribed to and how often you receive certain emails on the "Notifications" page within the "Account Settings" section.
To visit the "Account Settings" section, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Me" button in the navigation at the top of your screen and click on "Account Settings."

1. Click the "Me" button in the navigation at the top of your screen and click on "Account Settings."
2. Click the "Notifications" menu item in the navigation on the left side of the page.
3. The "Notifications" page provides a list of all email communications that Sermo sends. Uncheck the checkbox next to an email to stop receiving it. You can also adjust how often you receive the "Community highlights" and network activity-related emails using the dropdown menu to the right of them.
4. Ensure you click 'Save' to apply the changes.
