For every Sermo study, there are inevitably a limited number of available opportunities to participate. These quotas are defined at the start of a project, and multiple quotas can exist inside of a single study based on various criteria such as specialty and location of practice.
While we do our best to share only studies that are currently available to you, occasionally one of the following may occur:

- The quota is filled between the time that we announce its availability (via email, for example) and the time that you try to access the study. In some cases, our members miss the opportunity window by a matter of minutes! Thus we encourage our members to participate as soon as they are able and to monitor study availability through the Sermo.com platform in as close to real-time as possible.
- A member qualifies for more than one quota in a single study, and thus is notified, but answers the initial screener questions in such a manner as to be directed to a completed quota segment. Doctors generally qualify based on their selected list of specialties, which can be updated and reviewed on our platform:
