About Wise:
Receive payment into your bank account via Wise, a UK based money transfer service regulated under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). A processing fee will be applied to your transaction.
Wise is available to Sermo members located in the following countries:

How to Use Wise:
Start using Wise now in just a few simple steps:
- Click on the Surveys tab on your Sermo home feed.
- Click on the Withdraw button next to your balance.
- Under ‘Select withdraw method’ choose Wise and continue with proceeding steps.
How it Works:
You will receive an email from Wise, within 1-5 working days, stating WorldOne Research Limited wants to send you money. You will need to act within 5 working days of receiving the email, otherwise Wise will cancel the request and you will need to request payment again.
Once you receive the email from Wise, click on the ‘Complete your transfer’ button in the email, and complete the steps required by Wise, who will then transfer the payment from Sermo directly to your bank account. Please note, you will be required to enter your bank account details on the Wise platform. Wise is an international money transfer service that is regulated under the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
